The bathrooms shown are from several projects, some the architect’s home. The design of a good bathroom is guided by the space available, the clients wishes and the proposed use by which member of the family.

In the case of an owners suite, space can include both tub and separate shower, with custom cabinets and tilework. Lesser important bathrooms can have a tub/shower combination or just a shower. Powder rooms, with just a toilet and sink.

The Bathroom with the green tile, was tucked under a sloping roof, and by adding an operable skylight, one could stand tall in the shower. Tight, creative and functional. By engaging a custom residential architect to design your project you will almost always get more ideas and a better outcome than just letting a contractor design the space.
