Artist Loft Matches the Home Style
The owners of this house needed more space to be used for a craft room/quilting and sewing room. It has a small loft, for a quieter reflective space away from it all, and is accessed with a ladder. The ladder is wall hung when not in use. This is a great little reading and drawing area.
The main floor level has tall windows for great lighting and wall space to display some quilts. The floor level is at the same height as the original deck, which was extended to the Studio. With the large back yard, the studio does not take up much space. By engaging an experienced ADU architect, you can end up with a project that really adds value to your property.
