Carriage House ADU Added Above Garage

This carriage house was included in the original design of the house. This house was designed to replace an older home. This is a traditional craftsman look based upon the norm of the community it is in. The two car garage has some storage and laundry and is connected to the carriage house only from the exterior.

The carriage house is a one bedroom space with kitchen and living area. The bathroom completes the unit to be a wonderful place in the trees and a feeling of seclusion. The carriage house has been rented out as well as used as a home office. By engaging an ADU architect, the clients were able to make the most out of their budget and get all of the features they wanted in to the design.
