One Bedroom 580 Sq. Ft. Sonoma County ADU
This Sonoma County property owner wanted a guest house / cottage with the charm of a tiny home, but the practical living of a normal home. It is a replacement for a larger home that was destroyed in one of the large California wild fires. As you can see from the photos, this has every feature of a typical home and looks surprisingly spacious – especially considering it is only 580 square feet.
This home has an open concept living room with a full kitchen, full size refrigerator, kitchen island with bar stool seating, a stackable laundry and a bedroom with closet and egress door.
This ADU was designed to be able to have an expansion of a second bedroom with little intrusion of the existing living space.
